At Something Went Wrong, we believe perfection is overrated, but your satisfaction isn't. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges to ensure everything eventually goes right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
