Return Process

    Print and Attach Label

    Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

    Drop Off and Track

    Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
